The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the water and close to all the attractions in Guatapé. Plus, the room service with breakfast in bed was a lovely touch that added to the charm of the stay. the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home during my visit. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a cozy and centrally located accommodation in Guatapé.
